Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund Policy is adopted pursuant to Section 6 of the Terms of Service, available at https://specialneedsspa.com/terms.
To be eligible for a refund, you must make a refund request through our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within the applicable time period for your program as set forth below.
Your online access to all program materials is contingent on maintaining good standing in all of our programs for which you have registered. A failure to pay an installment for any program may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to programs. For more information, see Section 6 of the Terms of Service at https://specialneedsspa.com/terms.
Our standard refund policy is a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, for products and subscriptions (see exceptions below for events and services). Any refund request after THIRTY (30) days will not be processed. For ongoing subscriptions, you may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed without a refund. TEN (10) days notice is required to cancel your subscription prior to the next scheduled payment date.
If you don’t love one of our programs, contact email@example.com at any time during the first 30 days. We will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment minus a transaction fee in the amount of either (1) The cost of one month’s subscription OR (2) 10% of the total (whichever is less).
Tickets and passes to live or virtual events are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
Ticket holders may not sell, offer for sale, offer at auctions, resell, donate, act as commercial agent for another party or otherwise transfer their tickets in any way. The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.
