Simple Alternating Conversation Script: Zones-based with pictures

Description

This is a set of turn-based, color-coded conversation script pieces for use with medium-level beginners in conversation skills.

Print at least two sets: one for the person using the blue turn pieces, and one for the person using the green turn pieces. Both people should have both sets of pieces to represent the turn being taken.

Some of the responses are Zones of Regulation-based (red zone, yellow zone, green zone, blue zone), so users should have a working knowledge of the Zones before incorporating all of the pieces of this script (or you will need to substitute pieces for the Zones-based portions).  Users can begin with just greetings and turn-taking, and work up to greetings plus responses and closings, to finally adding the more complex pieces (which may require adding script pieces to support questions).  By the time the user is able to recognize and respond to key words/ideas, you may want to consider upgrading the visual to the Higher Level Conversation Threading and/or Higher Level Conversation After Greetings visuals.
